As all dog lovers know, our furry pals need space to exercise and socialize just like their owners. Newbury Park and western Thousand Oaks have two very small off-leash parks at Kimber and Walnut Grove Park. I would like to see CRPD expand the footprint of these facilities or develop a larger space this end of town comparable to the Conejo Creek Park off Las Flores.
